Pressure Vessel Code Calculations
Tolpa Technical Services (TTS) simplifies code calculations for fast ASME Div 1 & 2 vessel analysis and design. For applications not covered by the codes TTS uses finite element analysis (FEA). TTS methods provide low cost evaluation of fittings, forgings, fatigue, operating conditions, upset cases, lift and vibration (see the transportation load case shown above).
Pressure Vessel Design Automation
- TTS is the first to apply fully pre-engineered solids with Inventor for fully integrated linear and non-linear FEA with fatigue.
- Automated conceptual and detail drawings produced directly from the solid or Autocad models, with complete with fabrication ready details.
